Imagine Living Life Without a Family

Can you imagine having nowhere to go during the holidays, no one to show you how to fill out a job application, and no examples of a healthy relationship? The difference between an aged-out teen who becomes a statistic and one who becomes a thriving adult is the long-term involvement of one adult.

One person can make all the difference. One person can be the bridge a teen needs to a better life…better choices, better relationships, better outcomes.

Will you be that ONE adult in the life of an aged-out teen, able to change that young person’s future?

Partnerships for Children

This program provides a volunteer mentor for each YES program participant for one year, with the opportunity for the relationship to continue on its own. The youth and their mentors meet in small groups to cover the financial literacy curriculum modules and other topics regarding preparation for adult living. Open Table

Over the course of a year, the Table works together to set goals, foster accountability, and implement a plan to create change. For more information about Open Table contact [email protected].
